What to include in your message
- For a website problem: section name, item/song/album name, and a clear description of the issue.
- For a payment issue: account email and Razorpay/order/payment reference, but never send card PIN, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password.
- For copyright: use the subject “Copyright / Takedown Notice” and follow the requirements on the Copyright page.
- For privacy: use the subject “Privacy Request” and explain whether you are requesting access, correction or deletion.
