COPYRIGHT / TAKEDOWN
1. Rights acknowledgement
Copyrights and related rights in songs, lyrics, photographs, artworks, posters, album covers, books, videos, trademarks and other third-party material belong to their respective owners unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Reporting copyrighted material
If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe material on this site infringes your rights, send a clear written notice using the public contact email listed on the Contact page.
Please include:
- Your full name and, if applicable, the organization or rights holder you represent.
- Your email address and sufficient contact details.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL or sufficiently precise location of the material on this website.
- A description of the action you request, such as removal or disabling access.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or applicable law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature/name.
3. Review process
Valid notices will be reviewed in good faith. The operator may remove or restrict access to material while a claim is investigated, request additional information, preserve relevant records, and take other steps required by applicable law or service-provider policies.
4. Misrepresentation
Do not knowingly submit false copyright claims. Rights disputes can have legal consequences. If you are uncertain about ownership, authorization or exceptions, consider obtaining qualified legal advice before submitting a formal notice.
5. DMCA information
For claims where the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act applies, a compliant notice generally requires the elements described above. A website operator seeking the specific safe-harbor protections of 17 U.S.C. §512 may also need to designate and maintain a registered DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. This page does not represent that such a designation has been completed unless the operator separately confirms it.
6. Google advertising and copyright
If Google advertising is used, pages containing copyrighted material should only be monetized when the site has the necessary legal rights to display and monetize that content. A disclaimer or takedown page does not replace the required rights or authorization.
7. Contact for rights notices
Use the current contact email on the Contact page. In the subject line, use “Copyright / Takedown Notice” so the request can be identified quickly.
